As a student of mathematics myself, teaching the golden ratio in a fun and interactive way was such an enjoyable experience. The golden ratio is one of the most beautiful examples of real world applications of mathematics. We can see the golden ratio, or section, all around us including in nature, arts and in our own bodies, and it was very rewarding to be able to share this with the children.
